The buildings are set up to accommodate up to 5 operators: Building A has 34 loading bays and 5,297 sqm of warehouse space, while Building B can be subdivided into two parts, has 32 loading bays and 23,919 sqm of warehouse space. Building C, also subdividable into two sections, offering a total of 18 loading bays and over 12,781 sqm of warehouse space.
The standards adopted are aimed at achieving LEED Gold certification.
